I promised myself I would make a conscious effort to shoot more portraits this year, which can be a challenge if you’re a bit of a recluse that doesn’t really talk to anybody. Finding people who will lend you their time (and face) can also be tough. That said, I’ve given it a fair crack of the whip. As well as posting individual sets, I’ve decided to share a selection every few months, to give more of an overview.
All of the below were shot on a Sony A7, and a weird selection of lenses. I’ve included the details under each one for the photo geeks who are interested in that sort of thing.
