Back at the Cathouse again last night for the Friday club, which this week was Squid Game themed. I took the opportunity to try out a ‘new’ camera body, the sixteen year old Canon 1-Ds Mk II. In some ways it’s an upgrade, as it’s a bit of a tank, but it was really odd to shoot with a different body after almost fifteen years of using the same 5D for club shots. It took a wee bit of getting used to at first, but the shots came out pretty decently, and perhaps it’s good to shake things up a bit. I’ll write more about the 1-Ds Mk II another time. For now, here’s the club shots.
