Park Portraits

My pal Jenn just got back from Australia, so we met up for a quick chat last week over lunch. She needed a new picture for something as well, so it seemed as good excuse as any to bring along a couple of cameras. There’s some film shots off getting processed as we speak – the first time I’ve used any of my stock of Agfa CT-Precisa. I was waiting for a snowy day to take advantage of the blue colour shift that it produces when cross processed. They’ll take a bit of time to sort out though, so I grabbed some digital pictures as well.

These were taken using the Elitar Soligor 25mm f0.95 lens. I always forget how great a wee lens it is for the price I paid… though there don’t seem to be too many of them kicking about. If you happen to have any more information on the lens, I’d love to hear from you.

  1. How does it compare to other 25mm/0.95 lenses(Angenieux, Navitar, etc)??

    Looks like a good lens.

    1. Hey! It is a cool lens. I’m actually in the middle of writing up a blog post dedicated to it… so keep an eye out and it will appear soon. I don’t have too much experience with the other kinds like the Angenieux etc unfortunately, so can’t give much in the way of a comparison!
